Follow these steps to sign in to the Accreditation Web Portal (AWP) using your registered CLSU Google account.

Before You Start

You must have a @clsu.edu.ph Google account.
You must register first before you can log in. If you haven't registered yet, go back and click "Register here".
Your account must have Activated status — contact your Program Admin if your account is still pending.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to the Login page (login.php). You'll see the AWP Accreditation Card with the CLSU logo.

2. Click the Sign in with Google button. A Google sign-in popup will appear.

3. Enter or select your @clsu.edu.ph Google account from the list. If you're not already signed into Google, you'll be prompted to enter your email and password.

4. After entering or selecting your account, you'll see a "Signing in…" loading message. Wait a moment while the system verifies your credentials.

5. On success, you will be automatically redirected to your Dashboard. The system recognizes your role (Admin or User) and takes you to the correct dashboard.

Troubleshooting:

"Login Failed" — Your email is not registered. Go to the Registration page first.
"Account is pending" — Your account has not been activated yet. Contact your Program Admin.
"Account is deactivated" — Your access has been suspended. Contact your Program Admin.
"Unable to connect" — Check your internet connection or try again later.

After Logging In

Once logged in, you will see your Dashboard with your program's college name, program title, and survey type. From here you can manage content or users (if you're an Admin).

To log out at any time, click your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the navbar and select Logout.

Create an account to access the Accreditation Web Portal (AWP). Follow the steps below to complete your registration.

Requirements

A valid @clsu.edu.ph email address.
Your College and Program affiliation.
You can only register once — duplicate email addresses are not allowed.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to the Registration page (register.php). You can also reach it by clicking "Register here" on the login page.

2. Enter your Firstname and Lastname in the provided fields.

3. Enter your Email Address. This must be your @clsu.edu.ph email — other domains will be rejected.

4. Select your College from the dropdown menu. This will automatically load the programs available under that college.

5. Select your Program from the dropdown that appeared after choosing your college.

6. Click the Register button to submit your registration.

What happens next?

If you are the first person to register for your program, you become the Program Admin and are activated immediately. You can log in right away.
If your program already has an Admin, your account is created with Pending status. You must wait for the Program Admin to activate your account before you can log in.

Common Issues

"Only @clsu.edu.ph email addresses are allowed" — Use your official CLSU email.
"A user with this email address is already registered" — You already have an account. Go to the login page and sign in.
"Please select a College/Program" — Make sure both dropdowns are filled. If no programs appear, contact support.

After Registering

Once registered, go to the Login page and sign in with your @clsu.edu.ph Google account. If your account is activated, you'll be taken to your dashboard.
